This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively seek out, engage, and attract qualified candidates through targeted outreach efforts — creating target lists and reaching out to passive candidates, rather than solely relying on inbound applications.
• Source innovatively across various channels (LinkedIn, social communities, referrals, and more), particularly in areas where top talent may not actively post or apply.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline for our ongoing hiring needs, primarily focusing on expanding our Client Success team from approximately 12 to 25 members this year.
• Conduct a high volume of screening interviews to evaluate role suitability, professionalism, and alignment with our standards — averaging over 30 interviews weekly.
• Prepare clear and concise candidate summaries and recommendations that enable hiring managers to make swift decisions.
• Effectively guide qualified candidates through the hiring process to meet ambitious hiring timelines.
• Manage all candidate communications from the initial contact through to the offer stage or handoff, ensuring prompt and consistent follow-up (multi-touch, multi-channel).
• Professionally represent a premium brand at every interaction — you are the first point of contact a candidate will have.
• Take hiring briefs, ask insightful clarifying questions, and intelligently challenge assumptions to shape an accurate and actionable search.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand priorities and achieve hiring objectives.
• Oversee the coordination of offers, contracts, account and tool setup, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
• Maintain organized and accurately tracked hiring pipelines.
• Work with Key Executives at Impact Clients to prepare hiring documents such as hiring plans/briefs, job descriptions, Candidate Outreach Assets, Interview Guides, and Candidate FAQ sheets, among others.
• Conduct onboarding calls to facilitate a smooth transition between new team members and their respective departments.
• Design and continually refine our outbound recruiting process — including sourcing logic, messaging cadences and templates, screening rubrics, and the technology stack — optimizing for speed, quality, and volume.
• At least 12 months of experience in a high-volume recruiting role (agency/staffing background strongly preferred), with a proven track record of sourcing and filling positions at scale.
• Proven ability in outbound sourcing — you have built pipelines through cold outreach and are not limited to managing an inbound queue.
• Native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in full-cycle screening: you conduct screening calls and create precise candidate write-ups.
• Consultative intake skills: you can take a brief, ask relevant questions, and manage a search with minimal oversight.
• Strong instincts for creative, multi-channel sourcing (beyond just LinkedIn).
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with comfort in a fast-paced, lean, and low-process environment.
• Familiarity with recruiting/sourcing tools and ATS is a plus (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, AI sourcing tools).
• Base Pay: $4,000–$6,000 USD/month (depending on experience)
• Bonus: Performance bonus for successful hires
• Hours: Full-time
• Location: Remote
• A clear pathway to advance into broader operations as the function expands
