📋 Description

• Oversee more than 5 open positions simultaneously, including roles in buying, back-office, and senior digital sectors.

• Expand the buying division, focusing on Affiliate/Media Buying.

• Perform executive search activities to locate specialists and teams that align with business requirements.

• Evaluate the market landscape and grow a professional network.

• Deliver insightful feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.

• Employ innovative and effective talent acquisition tools to enhance the sourcing pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a sales manager position.

• Capability to impartially evaluate candidate profiles.

• Strong self-organization skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Preferred: Familiarity with iGaming, affiliate marketing, or media buying.
