• A minimum of 4 years in full-cycle recruitment, demonstrating a successful track record of filling vacancies across various functions.

• Experience in recruiting for unique and senior-level roles.

• Proficiency in evaluating soft skills and conducting structured interviews.

• Strong foundation in executive search and multichannel sourcing techniques.

• Proven capability to consult and advise hiring managers as a genuine partner.

• Experience in international recruitment is advantageous.

• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
