Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for available roles: sourcing, interviewing, managing the hiring process, negotiating offers, and more.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, from the first introduction through to onboarding.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously enhance the hiring procedure.

• Lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives.

• Maintain recruiting databases in an organized and timely manner.

• Build and sustain a consistently stocked pipeline of quality talent using various methods, including networking within the community, reaching out to and visiting universities, attending local job fairs, and maintaining ongoing contact with promising candidates for future opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within top-tier Internet companies or agencies.

• Experience in Business/Corporate Talent acquisition for Web3/Crypto firms is a plus.

• Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are advantageous.

• Expertise in modern sourcing and selection methodologies.

• Experience in market mapping for the global market or Asia.

• Proven success in achieving ambitious hiring targets.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Capacity to work autonomously.

• Positive attitude towards cryptocurrency.
