• Create and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for clinical and administrative positions, including BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, and operations personnel.
• Employ a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide market insights.
• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines, including passive talent.
• Advocate for Mindcolor’s employer brand to enhance recruiting outreach.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to all hiring regulations and internal policies.
• Offer cross-functional support to teams including Co-Founders, Prior Authorization, Billing, and Operations.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• Raise concerns to the appropriate leadership teams when necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting in the ABA field (BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, or similar positions).
• At least 1 year of practical experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Basic knowledge of AI.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated capability to build relationships and provide exceptional candidate experiences.
• Comfortable with frequent phone communication throughout the day.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
