• Identify, attract, and recruit exceptional talent for the hospice care team.
• Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to grasp staffing requirements and formulate recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through to onboarding.
• Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
• Oversee the candidate pipeline and maintain comprehensive records in the ATS.
• Carry out additional recruiting tasks as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.
• Strong comprehension of the entire recruitment cycle and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and work independently.
• Knowledge of hospice care or healthcare staffing is highly desirable.
