Talent Acquisition Specialist – ABA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the scheduling team to grasp hiring requirements and staffing priorities.

• Develop, oversee, initiate, and conclude job postings across various hiring platforms.

• Assess applications and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates.

• Arrange and book interviews with prospective applicants.

• Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability for the roles.

• Draft and dispatch offer letters to chosen candidates.

• Ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Facilitate recruiting procedures to guarantee an efficient and positive experience for candidates.

• Engage in community outreach by assisting with local hiring events and recruitment initiatives as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of the USA.

• A completed Bachelor’s degree is required (Psychology/Social Work degree preferred but not mandatory).

• Previous experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and/or the field of ABA.

• Administrative experience combined with strong organizational skills.

• Remarkable attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Self-driven while working collaboratively as part of an in-office team.

• A person who genuinely enjoys forging relationships and connecting with others.
