Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12-month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for open roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, process coordination, and negotiation of offers.

• Primarily assist with hiring requirements across Business and Commercial Business Units.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to gain insights into hiring needs and offer market knowledge and recruitment guidance.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact to onboarding.

• Propel enhancements in the hiring process and engage in recruitment-related projects and initiatives.

• Keep recruitment data and documentation accurate and up to date.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines using various sourcing methods, including market mapping, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

• Assist with hiring strategies using a strategic and consultative approach, ensuring timely alignment with business priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably acquired in leading Internet companies, Fintech firms, Financial Services organizations, Web2 companies, or prominent recruitment agencies.

• Demonstrated experience in hiring for Business and Commercial functions.

• Preferred experience in recruiting within the Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 sectors.

• Experience in hiring within the Web3 or Crypto domains is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective collaboration with international stakeholders and partners; additional languages are beneficial.

• Strong understanding of contemporary sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.

• Experience in market mapping on a regional or global scale.

• Proven history of achieving ambitious hiring goals.

• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple roles and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability.

• Positive outlook toward the cryptocurrency industry.
