Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist – Vendor Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Head of Vendor Management, you will work closely with Project Management and Sales teams to convert business requirements into actionable sourcing briefs and strategies for high-volume freelance sourcing.

• Develop and maintain agile talent pools for various roles, including writing, editing, translation, SEO, and more.

• Evaluate and qualify freelancers based on their specialization, responsiveness, past performance, availability, and alignment with cost expectations.

• Lead thorough negotiations on rates to ensure we attract top talent while effectively managing costs and profit margins.

• Facilitate swift onboarding and compliance processes to quickly activate freelancers across global markets.

• Keep our pipelines and databases up-to-date, organized, and prepared to respond to rapidly emerging business needs.

• Maintain regular reports on sourcing statistics, open roles, pipeline health, and provide the commercial teams with insights on feasibility and risks.

• Operate autonomously, taking responsibility for your workload, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and driving efficient sourcing practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing or freelance/vendor engagement.

• Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven history of cost-effective sourcing.

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to self-manage and work with minimal supervision.

• Experience in a fast-paced, international, high-volume environment.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Strong capacity to balance operational requirements with supplier satisfaction and client expectations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft E365, project management, or collaborative tools.

• Data management skills are highly desirable.

• Proficient in English at a native level is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
