Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, connect, and source talent for Avantor to advance scientific endeavors.

• Develop robust talent pipelines across European markets.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to identify and attract top talent.

• Utilize market insights and sourcing methods to present high-quality candidate lists.

• Execute initial screenings of candidates and applicants.

• Perform market mapping and talent benchmarking to enhance hiring strategies.

• Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening processes.

• Provide data-driven insights regarding talent availability and the competitive landscape to hiring managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in an in-house or RPO setting.

• Strong proficiency in active sourcing, market mapping, and engaging candidates.

• Experience collaborating closely with recruiters and business stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Strong skill in assessing candidate profiles and conducting thorough screenings.

• Data-driven approach with the ability to convert market insights into practical strategies.

• Capacity to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
