This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Leveraging industry insights, social media platforms, Technical Operations, and mission-oriented expertise to identify potential candidates and effectively bring them to GAI.
• Analyzing market conditions and industry trends in relation to our competitors to aid in decision-making and the marketing of positions.
• Utilizing professional networks to source candidates for ongoing requisitions.
• Sourcing candidates from diverse platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Indeed.com, ZoomInfo, social media, and search engines (including Google Chrome, advanced Boolean search strings, and niche job boards).
• Engaging with social networking platforms (such as LinkedIn groups and other online forums) to promote GAI's employer branding that attracts candidates to open roles by fostering positive relationships.
• Recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for available positions, with the goal of identifying a substantial number of qualified candidates for both current and future requirements.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and leaders to build relationships, comprehend needs, and create solutions for challenging-to-fill roles.
• Ensuring the integrity of data within the candidate management database.
• Conducting extensive data mining across various social media to pinpoint candidate profiles.
• Traveling domestically to support events and business needs (up to 15%).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruiting for positions related to Transportation Engineering Services for State Departments of Transportation (DOT) and Local Agencies, Water/Wastewater Engineering, and Land Development.
• Between 5 to 10 years’ experience in the social digital and recruitment sectors is required.
• At least 5 years’ experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other similar or related sourcing tools.
• 5 years’ experience in defining and executing research and sourcing strategies for critical roles.
• Preferred: 5 to 10 years’ experience in sourcing technical talent across various planning, engineering, and environmental consulting disciplines (Civil, Structural, Infrastructure, Transportation, Construction, Water/Wastewater, etc.).
• Over 5 years of previous experience in planning, engineering, and environmental consulting.
• 5 years of industry knowledge with the capability to comprehend relevant skills, target companies, and user groups.
• Preferred certifications include SHRM Cert Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR certification.
• Intermediate Level skills in Leadership, Problem-solving, MS Office Suite, Organization, and Critical thinking.
• Advanced Level skills in Communications, Negotiation, and Presentation.
