Talent Acquisition Sourcer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive recruitment process in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Create and implement targeted sourcing strategies that align with the firm's goals and the specific needs of each open position.

• Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to guide sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in hiring.

• Actively source and engage both active and passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, job boards, and professional networks.

• Review resumes and perform structured preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit within the organization.

• Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines across multiple concurrent requisitions.

• Oversee and enhance the firm's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, organized pipeline stages, and dependable reporting.

• Ensure all candidate communications are prompt, professional, and in line with the firm's standards.

• Actively promote Ovation Law Firm's employer brand to attract and engage top-tier talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or executive search.

• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.

• Proficient with ATS platforms such as BambooHR, JazzHR, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar systems.

• Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates at various levels.

• Proficient in English (C1/C2 level).

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing strong time management skills.

• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
