Talent Acquisition Sourcer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive recruitment process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Develop and implement focused sourcing strategies that align with the firm's goals and the unique requirements of each open position.

• Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to shape sourcing strategies and uphold a competitive hiring stance.

• Actively source and engage both active and passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, and professional networks.

• Evaluate resumes and perform structured initial screenings to gauge candidate qualifications, experience, and fit within the organization.

• Create and sustain strong talent pipelines across multiple ongoing requisitions.

• Oversee and enhance the firm's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity, organized pipeline stages, and dependable reporting.

• Guarantee that all candidate communications are prompt, professional, and in line with the firm's standards.

• Proactively advocate for Ovation Law Firm's employer brand to draw in and engage top-tier talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or executive search; experience in a law firm or professional services setting is highly preferred.

• Proficient in ATS platforms such as BambooHR, JazzHR, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar systems.

• Strong expertise in sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates across all levels.

• Capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).

• Previous experience in a recruiting or staffing agency is advantageous.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with robust time management skills.

• Self-driven and able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
