This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Actively identify and connect with candidates via LinkedIn, XING, Indeed, social media, talent databases, and additional sourcing platforms.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines to address both present and future hiring requirements.

• Reach out to passive candidates to spark interest in new job opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters to create effective sourcing strategies.

• Provide insights into the market regarding talent availability, trends, and recruitment challenges.

• Participate in talent acquisition initiatives, process enhancements, and the sharing of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient German language skills (C1/C2) for professional business communication.

• Strong command of English to effectively collaborate within an international team.

• Demonstrated experience in active sourcing and engaging candidates across various channels.

• In-depth understanding of the German recruitment landscape, particularly in technical recruitment, skilled trades, and blue-collar hiring.

• Capability to engage passive candidates and transform initial discussions into successful recruitment outcomes.
