📋 Description

• Actively identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing platforms.

• Establish and nurture talent pipelines to address current and future hiring requirements.

• Connect with passive candidates to generate interest in job openings.

• Collaborate with Recruiters to formulate effective sourcing strategies.

• Offer insights into the talent market regarding availability, trends, and recruitment challenges.

• Participate in Talent Acquisition projects, process enhancements, and the sharing of best practices.

• Proficient in French (C1/C2) for use in a professional business context.

• Competent in English to facilitate collaboration within an international team.

• Demonstrated experience in active sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels.

• Strong grasp of the French recruitment landscape, particularly in technical and specialized areas.

• Capacity to engage passive candidates and turn initial discussions into recruitment opportunities.

• Insight into candidate motivations and market dynamics within French-speaking regions.

• Ability to independently strategize sourcing activities and prioritize effectively.

• Proactive and solution-focused approach.

• Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Competence in leveraging market insights and data to inform sourcing strategies.
