Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and connect with candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, talent databases, and various other sourcing channels.

• Establish and nurture talent pipelines to address both current and future hiring requirements.

• Engage with passive candidates to spark interest in new career opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to formulate effective sourcing strategies.

• Offer insights on market trends related to talent availability, recruitment patterns, and hiring obstacles.

• Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives, enhancing processes and sharing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).

• Demonstrated experience in active sourcing and candidate engagement across diverse channels.

• Experience in supporting recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, or blue-collar positions.

• Strong capability to identify and engage passive candidates.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a fully remote, international setting.
