This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Executes effective and professional practices for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high-performing talent, ensuring service excellence, a positive candidate experience, and timely results.
• Implements and may develop sourcing strategies that contribute to proactive talent management through a blend of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining, and other relevant methods.
• Engages in comprehensive job scope discussions during the intake meeting with the hiring manager and TA team to establish position specifications for assigned requisitions.
• Assists in the recruitment and selection process, which includes posting jobs, screening resumes, and providing interview support.
• Builds networks to identify qualified passive candidates and fosters influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
• Develops a pool of qualified candidates and explores new sourcing channels for our various locations.
• Attends both in-person and virtual job fairs in collaboration with the TA team, HR, and Hiring Managers.
• Proactively and consistently communicates the status of each search to the Team.
• Utilizes the applicant tracking system effectively to enhance the quality and accuracy of applicant flow, facilitating timely reviews of applicants who have applied.
• Collaborates with third-party vendors on recruitment searches for temporary roles.
• Creates and delivers accurate and regular reports on sourcing activities, utilizing KPIs and trend analysis to proactively identify opportunities for service excellence.
• Ensures timely completion and adherence to cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field required, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of proven talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
• Proficiency and experience with ICIMS tracking systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates discretion when handling confidential information.
• A self-starter who displays flexibility and effectively works both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expert proficiency in Excel.
