This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Proactively identify and attract high-caliber candidates across a diverse array of Business Services functions, including Technology, Modelling & Intelligence, Digital, Marketing & Communications, People, Finance, Tax, Risk, Legal, Corporate ESG, Office of Transformation, and Executive Office.
• Develop and sustain strategic talent pipelines that align with both current and future business requirements.
• Locate and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, market research, and targeted search methodologies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to formulate customized sourcing strategies for business-critical and specialized positions.
• Assist in talent attraction efforts for both business-as-usual and transformation-related recruitment activities.
• Execute CV screenings and initiate outreach to candidates.
• Aid in the early stages of qualification, assessment, and shortlisting processes.
• Oversee candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a high-quality and professional experience.
• Maintain ongoing communication with both active and pipeline candidates, fostering long-lasting talent relationships.
• Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on Business Services recruitment.
• Establish robust relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across various corporate functions.
• Assist in the recruitment for specialist, senior, and business-critical roles.
• Provide consistent updates on pipeline health, external market conditions, and candidate availability.
• Contribute to workforce planning initiatives within the Business Services division.
• Participate in talent mapping and market analysis to guide future hiring strategies and talent pooling.
• Manage job postings, applications, interview coordination, and pipeline tracking.
• Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, coordination, in-house sourcing, or agency recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting within Business Services or corporate functions is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with hiring in areas such as Technology, Marketing & Communications, People, Finance, Risk, Legal, Office of Transformation, and Executive Office is advantageous.
• Strong sourcing skills with a proven track record of building talent pipelines for specialized or challenging roles.
• Experience supporting recruitment in transformation settings, including on-shoring and off-shoring programs, is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workday is desirable).
• Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities across diverse hiring streams.
• Comfortable working with data, market insights, and recruitment reporting to facilitate decision-making.
