This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Oversee the complete recruiting life cycle for Operations, Engineering, R&D, and additional positions as required across various locations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role specifications, timelines, and necessary competencies; set expectations according to market dynamics.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through job boards, social media, databases, web mining, and unconventional channels.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for both high-volume and technical positions to meet future workforce demands.
• Evaluate applications, perform screening, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through all stages of the hiring process.
• Maintain accuracy of data and adherence to processes within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Provide consistent communication and updates on progress to hiring managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience through prompt communication and professional interactions.
• Engage in Talent Acquisition initiatives aimed at enhancing processes or providing scalable support for business expansion.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree; corporate recruiting experience is mandatory.
• Strong skills in sourcing and hunting with a background in high-volume or technical recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence hiring managers to make aligned decisions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and contemporary sourcing tools.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong prioritization and time management abilities.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities with the skill to assess candidate markets and offer insights to hiring teams.
• Familiarity with the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in anticipating hiring challenges and proactively crafting solutions.
• Comfortable with navigating complex or evolving business requirements.
• Strong consultative abilities with the capacity to influence hiring managers.
• Exhibits sound judgment in balancing the urgency of business needs with the quality of hires.
