This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
β’ Take charge of the complete recruiting process for technical and operational roles within data centers, including positions such as Data Center Technicians, Data Center Engineers, Chief Engineers, Assistant Data Center Managers, Data Center Managers, and various site-based operations roles.
β’ Actively seek out passive talent through direct outreach, referrals, trade schools, and community partnerships.
β’ Implement high-volume and specialized recruiting initiatives while ensuring quality and efficiency.
β’ Lead staffing programs in alignment with site build-out, expansion, and ongoing operations.
β’ Oversee and execute hiring plans, timelines, and staffing deadlines linked to business readiness milestones.
β’ Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring velocity, adjusting strategies as necessary.
β’ Act as the primary talent advisor to site leadership, operations managers, and HR partners.
β’ Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
β’ Develop and sustain relationships with trade schools, vocational programs, local colleges, workforce development agencies, and external recruiting partners.
β’ Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, community events, and engagements with educational partners.
β’ Directly supervise and mentor at least one recruiter, offering guidance on sourcing strategies, prioritization, and execution.
β’ Coordinate and manage agency or RPO partners as needed to fulfill site hiring requirements.
β’ 5β10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, ideally within data centers, mission-critical facilities, engineering, facilities, or industrial operations settings.
β’ Proven track record in conducting hands-on, full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational positions.
β’ Experience in managing or leading at least one recruiter or recruiting resource.
β’ Demonstrated success in partnering with trade schools, educational institutions, and workforce development organizations.
β’ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
β’ Experience in managing recruiting programs with set timelines and hiring targets.
