Talent Acquisition Program Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Oversee talent acquisition initiatives

• Provide daily operational management of programs

• Supervise work assignments, hiring processes, and performance coaching for team members

• Manage program budgets and ensure regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with the human resources department to implement talent acquisition initiatives

• Act as a subject matter expert throughout the recruiting and hiring phases

• Set work priorities and timelines for individual tasks and program teams

• Address unique and complex challenges in program administration

• Develop solutions with consideration of broader implications

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care

• Track compliance and reporting obligations related to talent acquisition

• Stay informed about organizational structure, personnel policies, and employment legislation

• Collaborate with leaders to identify program deficiencies and devise action plans

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related business field, with required human resource coursework

• In the absence of a degree, leadership may accept a combination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience

• Desired qualities include independent decision-making and leadership skills

• Ability to appropriately manage sensitive and confidential information

• Familiarity with talent acquisition compliance and reporting standards

• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws

• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build credibility with leaders

• Excellent communication and consultative abilities

• Capacity to cultivate close relationships and establish trust with clients

• Proficiency in HR technologies

• Strong skills in time management, coordination, and project management
