This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract and place top-tier insurance producers, sales leaders, and impactful roles across the United States.

• Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, industry events, and digital recruitment platforms.

• Demonstrate the ability to forge strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and talent communities.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to align the right talent with the company's requirements.

• Collaborate with talent acquisition colleagues, hiring managers, and regional leaders to clarify job specifications and desired candidate profiles.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market compensation, and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Support the onboarding process for new teammates, ensuring smooth transitions into the company and promoting long-term retention.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, guaranteeing a positive candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within the insurance sector.

• Strong comprehension of insurance producer roles and the competencies necessary for success.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.

• Utilize strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely outcomes without sacrificing quality.

• Acquainted with recruiting software and applications such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics ATS, and other talent acquisition tools.
