• Spearhead the operational strategy and daily execution of Nava's talent acquisition pipeline, encompassing sourcing, coordination, and recruitment support functions.
• Supervise and nurture a team of Coordinators and Sourcers, fostering accountability, clarity, and high performance throughout pipeline operations.
• Manage the complete health of the pipeline, ensuring a smooth, consistent candidate flow that aligns with hiring priorities.
• Enhance interviewer capacity by refining interview planning, scheduling workflows, and ensuring stakeholder readiness.
• Decrease time-to-fill by boosting pipeline readiness, optimizing workflow efficiency, and enhancing recruitment support operations.
• Promote operational rigor across scheduling, sourcing support, candidate transitions, reporting, and process execution.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Partners, talent leaders, Staffing, and hiring leaders to synchronize pipeline operations with hiring forecasts and business goals.
• Convert recruiting data into actionable insights and operational enhancements that elevate hiring results.
• Develop scalable systems, workflows, and process standards that enhance efficiency, consistency, and the candidate experience.
• Ensure recruiting support functions provide a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Consistently refine talent acquisition operations through process design, systems thinking, and operational problem-solving.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, pipeline management, or related recruiting support functions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing recruiting support teams, including coordinators, sourcers, or similar positions.
• Track record of enhancing hiring operations, pipeline efficiency, and recruiting workflows in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in owning recruiting metrics, reporting, and insights into operational performance.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with recruiters, HR, and business stakeholders to elevate hiring outcomes.
• A minimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition and recruiting operations.
• At least 3 years of people management experience leading recruiting support, operations, or pipeline teams.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience and training.
• Strong understanding of recruiting operations, pipeline management, and the impact of staffing workflows on hiring outcomes.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools, such as Greenhouse.
• Excellent analytical abilities with experience in report generation and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong skills in process design, workflow optimization, and systems thinking.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and sound operational judgment.
