• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for technical GTM positions (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineering)
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product leadership on hiring strategies and workforce planning
• Establish and refine hiring criteria and interview frameworks
• Develop focused talent pipelines from SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud industries
• Perform thorough screening, evaluating both technical expertise and customer interaction skills
• Enhance candidate experience and facilitate closing in competitive job markets
• Serve as a strategic ally to hiring managers and executive leadership
• Over 6 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in technical positions
• Proven track record in hiring customer-facing technical roles (TAM / SE / SA)
• Capability to evaluate technical fundamentals (architecture, APIs, integrations) at a practical level
• Deep understanding of customer-facing dynamics (communication, ownership, problem-solving)
• Experience in SaaS / cybersecurity / cloud settings is a significant advantage
• Exceptional sourcing and outbound recruiting skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
