This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for executive, strategic, and essential roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer negotiations.
• Act as the primary executive recruiter for senior leadership and critical strategic hiring initiatives within Nava.
• Collaborate with executives, Practice leaders, and hiring stakeholders to outline talent requirements and synchronize hiring strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and sustain long-term pipelines of executive and strategic talent to meet future hiring demands.
• Perform talent mapping across targeted markets, competitors, and industries to pinpoint top talent, emerging skill sets, and hiring trends.
• Proactively engage and identify passive executive and specialized talent before job requisitions are posted.
• Provide support for confidential executive and leadership searches with a strong focus on discretion and candidate care.
• Deliver market intelligence and talent insights, including compensation trends, competitor actions, talent availability, and hiring risks.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders by converting market insights into proactive hiring recommendations.
• Foster trust with stakeholders through effective communication, transparent collaboration, and personalized executive search support.
• Maintain precise candidate, pipeline, and market data within ATS and sourcing systems.
• Continuously enhance sourcing strategies, executive hiring readiness, and the quality of the talent pipeline.
• Ensure that hiring practices align with Nava’s values and commitment to inclusive, equitable hiring.
• Experience in executive recruiting, strategic sourcing, or full-cycle recruiting within fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Proven track record in leading executive searches and recruiting for strategic, leadership, or challenging roles.
• Demonstrated success in building passive candidate pipelines and nurturing long-term relationships with executive and specialized talent.
• Proficient in conducting talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring strategies.
• Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and shaping hiring decisions through strategic talent insights.
• Minimum of 7 years in executive recruiting, strategic sourcing, or full-cycle talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of professional experience and training.
• Strong skills in executive search and candidate assessment.
• Proficient research and sourcing abilities utilizing LinkedIn, Google X-Ray, Boolean search, and talent intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse.
• Strong capabilities in market mapping, compensation benchmarking, and talent segmentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
