Talent Acquisition Partner – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to create and nurture a talent network: This is the core of the position. Identify, engage with, and cultivate authentic relationships with outstanding individuals across our primary regions and sectors, ensuring that when a position becomes available, you know exactly whom to contact.

• Identify top talent: When a position opens, you will leverage that network in conjunction with research and mapping, referrals, and incoming interest to pinpoint the right candidates for Prevail and our partners.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process, consistently providing excellent experiences for candidates. We place great importance on personalized communication, transparent timelines, and thoughtful feedback.

• Serve as a talent partner to our grantees: Assist partners with their recruitment requirements, which may include embedding within partners’ teams to aid in filling crucial roles and supporting recruitment operations.

• Drive innovation: Continuously seek ways to enhance our operations and those of our partners. Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement through better tools, processes, and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven ability to build networks: You have established authentic professional relationships over time. People respond to your outreach, and you maintain regular contact. Ideally, you possess the capability to quickly build new networks in unfamiliar areas and connect individuals to opportunities.

• Sufficient recruitment experience to effectively manage processes: Whether through executive search, in-house talent acquisition, or another pathway, you understand how to analyze a talent pool, attract suitable candidates, and conduct a successful search. While you don't need to have dedicated your entire career to recruitment, you should be comfortable overseeing a process from start to finish.

• Highly organized and methodical: You maintain a structured approach to your processes, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

• Solution-oriented mindset: You proactively seek ways to reach objectives, rather than waiting for others to address challenges. You identify areas for improvement and implement practical changes.

• Strong communication skills: You articulate clearly and concisely in writing. You are an attentive listener, easily connect with individuals, and can serve as an ambassador for Prevail.

• Service-focused: You are genuinely concerned about the experiences of every candidate and hiring manager.

• Growth mindset: You are receptive to feedback, learn rapidly, and adapt to new challenges.
