• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for Sales positions (AE's, RD's, CAM, Sales Leadership, etc.)
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to establish ideal candidate profiles, territories, and hiring strategies
• Create and manage high-quality, targeted talent pipelines from leading SaaS and cybersecurity organizations
• Spearhead direct sourcing initiatives (LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach)
• Conduct effective screening and interview processes
• Develop closing strategies and assist in securing top talent in competitive hiring scenarios
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers—challenging, calibrating, and elevating standards
• Leverage data and market insights to enhance hiring outcomes consistently.
• Over 6 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Sales recruitment
• Proven track record in hiring for high-performing enterprise SaaS / cybersecurity sales teams
• In-depth understanding of what constitutes "great" in Sales (including track records, deal sizes, sales motions, etc.)
• Strong abilities in sourcing and outbound recruiting
• Experience within a high-growth startup environment
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous setting
• Excellent stakeholder management and business acumen
• A high standard for talent and the skill to evaluate candidates beyond their resumes.
