This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the full recruitment process for a designated portfolio of professional and managerial roles.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, organize assessments, and assist hiring managers in making informed decisions.
• Ensure that every new hire reflects Techo-Bloc’s values, culture, and long-term objectives.
• Proactively source candidates for your own vacancies and offer sourcing assistance to fellow recruiters on the team.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding role design and industry trends.
• Over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for professional and managerial positions.
• Excellent sourcing capabilities — including boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and innovative direct outreach techniques.
• Bilingual in French and English (English is essential for serving our clients and employees outside Quebec and in the United States).
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in a part-time role.
• Performance-based commission bonus structure.
