This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment process for Marketing positions (Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to establish role definitions and success criteria
• Develop targeted talent pipelines from leading SaaS, cybersecurity, and technology firms
• Spearhead direct sourcing and candidate engagement initiatives
• Enhance the quality of interview processes and candidate experiences
• Share insights regarding market dynamics, compensation trends, and the talent landscape
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring high hiring standards
• Over 6 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly focused on Marketing roles
• In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing functions
• Proven experience in recruiting within SaaS, cybersecurity, and high-growth startup settings
• Proficient in sourcing and outbound recruiting techniques
• Capable of distinguishing between high-impact and average talent
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and continuously changing environment
