• Direct sourcing and candidate engagement strategy leadership
• Facilitate a high-quality interview process and enhance candidate experience
• Share insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, maintaining high hiring standards
• Over 6 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in Marketing roles
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing functions
• Proven experience in hiring within SaaS, cybersecurity, and high-growth startup settings
• Exceptional sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities
• Proficient in distinguishing between high-impact and average talent
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Adept at functioning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
