Talent Acquisition Partner, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruitment process for Go-To-Market positions (such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations)

• Establish effective hiring procedures, including scorecards, interviews, and analytics

• Foster and enhance relationships with essential stakeholders

• Proactively generate and execute ideas to refine the hiring process

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in hiring for GTM roles

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (at least C1 level)

• An in-house approach focused on candidate experience

• Practical experience with navigating ATS systems
