Talent Acquisition Partner, German & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial intake meetings to the management of job offers.

• Recruit across Germany (approximately 50% of your responsibilities), as well as in Austria, the Nordics, Benelux, and various other EMEA markets.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and formulate effective hiring strategies.

• Manage both internal and external recruitment operations.

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.

• Conduct candidate screenings, competency-based interviews, and evaluations.

• Build and sustain talent pipelines through proactive talent mapping efforts.

• Oversee around 15–20 open positions concurrently while ensuring a high-quality recruitment process.

• Provide recruitment insights and updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders.

• Ensure an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Background as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.

• Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.

• Strong skills in sourcing and interviewing.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing techniques.

• Experience in talent mapping.

• Capability to handle multiple recruitment processes at once.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Resilience and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

• High level of self-management and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote international setting.
