Talent Acquisition Partner, German, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

• Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from the intake meeting to offer management.

• Recruit talent across Germany, Austria, the Nordics, Benelux, and various EMEA markets.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their hiring needs and formulate effective recruitment strategies.

• Manage both internal and external recruitment processes efficiently.

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.

• Conduct candidate screenings, competency-based interviews, and assessments.

• Establish and maintain talent pipelines through proactive talent mapping.

• Handle approximately 15–20 open positions simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality recruitment process.

• Provide recruitment insights and updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Ensure an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Background as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner within an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum B2 level.

• Proficiency in the English language at a minimum B2 level.

• Strong skills in sourcing and interviewing.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing methods.

• Familiarity with talent mapping techniques.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Resilience and capability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

• High level of self-management and a proactive approach.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote international setting.
