Talent Acquisition Partner, French, Italian Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete recruitment process across diverse business functions.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Sourcing, engaging, and evaluating candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Conducting interviews and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Coordinating job offers and assisting hiring managers in the decision-making process.

• Developing and nurturing talent pipelines for both current and future hiring requirements.

• Ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the complete recruitment cycle.

• Experience in recruiting for corporate or business functions, whether in-house, RPO, or agency.

• Proficient sourcing and interviewing abilities.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Capability to handle multiple recruitment processes at once.

• Proficiency in French, Italian, and English (both written and spoken).

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote international setting.
