📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor on strategic human resources and various aspects influencing business outcomes.

• Ensure that People Services initiatives are in harmony with DaVita’s culture, values, and mission.

• Implement the People Services strategy to meet business requirements effectively.

• Collaborate with corporate People Services departments, including Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting.

• Function as an internal consultant and strategist to achieve favorable business results.

• Guarantee compliance with People Services policies.

• Ensure alignment with Teammate Relations findings and corresponding action plans.

• Relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities in People Services and strategic human resources.

• Capability to align HR activities with the organization's culture, values, and mission.

• Ability to collaborate with Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting departments.

• Proficiency in acting as an internal consultant and strategist.

• Ability to ensure compliance with HR policies and related action plans.

• Successful completion of pre-employment substance abuse testing and background verification processes.
