• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

• Organize interviews and sourcing efforts during peak demand periods.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing.

• Proficiency in Greenhouse (Essential).

• Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.

• A data-driven approach to recruitment.

• Ability to work with speed and agility.

• Outstanding communication and interviewing skills.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and fluency in AI technologies.
