Talent Acquisition Partner, Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to swiftly develop talent pipelines and manage full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Navigate technical profiles as necessary; primarily focused on driving business, G&A, and go-to-market positions across middle management, specialists, and associates.

• Ensure impeccable documentation in Greenhouse and talent trackers; oversee the desk using funnel metrics and channel diversity.

• Manage sensitive information with complete confidentiality; adopt an 'all-hands-on-deck' mindset with responsibilities ranging from in-depth sourcing to coordinating interviews during high-demand periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of direct experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing.

• Proficiency in Greenhouse (Essential): Able to open and configure job postings, schedule interviews, utilize assessment integrations/automations, and adjust external postings independently without requiring tool training.

• Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Tools: Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, InMail automation, job post optimization). High comfort level using talent CRMs/engagement platforms (e.g., Gem, SourceWhale) and employing boolean search strategies to navigate markets, mine referrals, and enhance passive talent profiles.

• Data-Driven Approach: Your understanding of a search is rooted in funnel metrics. You instinctively manage by metrics, grasp channel efficiency, and independently convert data into actionable pipeline strategies.

• Quick and Flexible: You excel under challenging timelines and effectively handle uncertainty. You are decisive, well-organized, and quick to act—when prioritized, you can post a new role in 30 minutes and create a preliminary pipeline within 48 hours.

• Outstanding Communication & Interviewing Skills: You are an adept behavioral interviewer who approaches talent evaluation with humility. Your external messaging, grammar, and written communication are exemplary.

• Commitment to Continuous Improvement & AI Proficiency: Highly adaptable and reflective, you perceive feedback as an opportunity and actively seek micro-improvements. You intelligently utilize modern AI tools to enhance and scale your sourcing and writing processes, doing so authentically and defensively, avoiding generic copy-paste outputs.
