This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, focusing on non-clinical and high-volume positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders to ensure alignment on recruitment needs, timelines, and strategies.
• Develop and sustain robust pipelines of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods including job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Deliver clear, timely, and consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.
• Utilize data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Keep accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Participate in process improvements aimed at boosting scalability, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
• For higher-level positions: lead complex searches, influence decision-making at the leadership level, and mentor junior team members.
• A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, a combination of education and experience will be taken into consideration.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in ATS systems and recruitment tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).
• Strong critical thinking abilities and sound judgment, capable of navigating ambiguity and making effective decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
