This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting cycle across various regional campuses, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent where it is most needed.

• Collaborate with leaders as a trusted advisor—offering strategic insight and implementing best-in-class recruiting methodologies.

• Foster exceptional candidate experiences by advocating for service level agreements (SLAs) and providing clear, engaging communication.

• Develop diverse and impactful talent pipelines utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and modern tools (including AI).

• Oversee candidate evaluations to guarantee strong alignment in skills, culture, and mission.

• Convey insights, progress, and market intelligence to stakeholders to enhance hiring success.

• Enhance our employer brand and attract talent through engaging storytelling and a strong social media presence.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and consistently improve our strategies for attracting, engaging, and hiring talent.


⛳️ Requirements

• A driven, energetic, collaborative, and innovative mindset.

• Over 5 years of recruiting experience (with at least 2 years in-house and full-cycle) and a proven record of securing top talent.

• Experience collaborating with key stakeholders, including those at the VP level.

• An adept relationship-builder who can influence leaders and achieve results.

• Proficient interviewing and talent assessment abilities.

• Agile, organized, and thrives in fast-paced settings.

• Modern sourcing skills, including expertise in social media and recruiting technology (ATS experience required; familiarity with iCIMS/Greenhouse is a plus).

• Exceptional communication skills that engage and inspire.

• A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
