This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Assist managers in defining role requirements, success criteria, and formulating interview strategies.
• Offer insights on sourcing strategies, candidate evaluations, and market trends.
• Identify, screen, and assess candidates through both active and passive techniques, utilizing AI-enabled tools such as Paradox and LinkedIn AI features.
• Organize structured interviews, ensure prompt feedback, and uphold a consistent candidate experience.
• Aid in aligning compensation, preparing offers, and closing candidates.
• Develop and sustain pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates for ongoing or high-volume positions.
• Oversee requisitions, candidate movements, and reporting within Workday.
• Discover opportunities to enhance workflows and minimize manual tasks.
• Leverage metrics (Power BI or similar) to track funnel health, hiring speed, and process efficiency.
• Conduct talent research to gain insights into availability, compensation trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Utilize automation tools to facilitate scheduling, communications, and screening processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across various channels.
• Use social media and digital platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruiting guides, templates, and tools for hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and audit standards.
• Contribute to broader HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as necessary.
• Build strong partnerships across HR, Operations, and business units.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as appropriate.
• Manage both direct recruiting efforts and program support for corporate and field hiring.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or multi-unit settings.
• Capability to advise hiring managers on recruiting approaches and candidate assessments.
• Strong business understanding with the ability to translate hiring needs into effective recruitment plans.
• Experience in sourcing and developing both active and passive candidate pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and familiarity with contemporary recruiting technologies.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing metrics to enhance outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills and capability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
