This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the entire recruiting lifecycle, from initial intake to offer and closure.
• Oversee a range of roles throughout the Americas and EMEA regions.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, strategic partnerships, and market analysis.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to facilitate effective intake and calibration discussions.
• Anticipate risks, misalignments, and obstacles while driving towards solutions.
• Monitor funnel performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
• Maintain momentum and pace across multiple simultaneous searches.
• Identify and implement improvements to hiring processes, workflows, and outcomes.
• Contribute to and advocate for best practices and ongoing enhancements within the TA team.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven experience in hiring for GTM or Technical positions.
• Experience in recruiting across the Americas and/or EMEA.
• A background in a SaaS or similarly dynamic, high-growth setting is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and challenge effectively.
• A high ownership mentality; capable of managing tasks independently with limited guidance.
• Ability to navigate effectively through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated success in delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working across remote, global teams and different time zones.
• Excellent sourcing skills and a disciplined approach to pipeline building.
