This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Oversees the complete recruitment process, which involves conducting in-take meetings, sourcing qualified candidates through a diverse mix of sources (such as passive, active, and referral candidates), screening applications, and conducting interviews (including phone, video, and in-person formats). This role also includes coordinating assessments, leading scorecard calibration meetings, offering feedback to hiring managers, and facilitating hiring decisions for a variety of positions in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner.
• Works in partnership with hiring managers and People Business Partners to grasp business requirements, define position criteria, conduct in-take meetings, and develop effective, customized recruitment strategies aimed at attracting qualified candidates that align with workforce planning objectives.
• Fosters a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely, thoughtful, and engaging communication, promoting the values and culture of the credit union, and embedding DEI principles throughout all stages of the hiring process.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preboarding.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field of study.
