This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for Epic, healthcare IT, and various technical positions from initial intake to final offer.
• Handle a diverse workload of around 30+ active requisitions while providing an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Collaborate with leadership to create effective recruiting strategies, evaluate talent, and facilitate informed hiring choices.
• Actively seek and engage high-caliber talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, applicant tracking systems, Boolean searches, and direct outreach.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines to address critical and anticipated hiring demands.
• Leverage recruiting metrics, insights into the talent market, and industry best practices to enhance hiring success and promote continuous improvement.
• Advocate for a personalized, inclusive, and candidate-focused hiring approach.
• Around 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within Epic, healthcare IT, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load of approximately 30+ openings at the same time.
• Documented success in recruiting specialized technical talent in competitive environments.
• Strong consultative abilities with experience working alongside hiring leaders to influence recruitment decisions.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Paylocity, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or SuccessFactors.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing technology and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Twitter, with AI recruitment tools being a plus).
• Experience in navigating a highly matrixed, fast-paced, and expanding organization.
• Capacity to adapt and maintain a high degree of flexibility.
• A strong commitment to mission-driven work and enhancing healthcare accessibility and outcomes.
• Preferred: Background in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
