This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders by developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that are in line with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to ensure that hiring plans, workforce strategies, and organizational priorities are aligned.
• Offer market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to guide workforce decisions.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from initial intake through to offer and closure.
• Promote swift and efficient hiring processes, ensuring that time-to-fill targets are achieved without sacrificing quality.
• Actively create and maintain talent pipelines for critical and challenging roles.
• Utilize recruitment data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and support ongoing improvements.
• Advocate for a top-tier candidate experience at each stage of the recruitment journey.
• Conduct offer discussions and negotiations with assurance and professionalism.
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with business leaders and HR/P&C teams.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing recruitment analytics and data to drive decisions and achieve results.
• Proven track record of managing a high volume of requisitions while sustaining speed and quality.
• Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the capability to effectively handle competing priorities.
