This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for a large number of positions across various functions.
• Evaluate applications, screen candidates, and organize interviews to maintain a consistent flow of qualified applicants.
• Sustain regular activity levels to meet hiring deadlines and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and facilitate the recruitment process.
• Assist in structured intake conversations and ensure consensus on candidate profiles and expectations.
• Manage interview scheduling, collect feedback, and aid in hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain active candidate pipelines through job postings, databases, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Actively seek out talent to meet ongoing and future hiring requirements.
• Deliver a responsive, professional, and positive experience for all candidates.
• Ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor essential recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate conversion rates.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in high-volume or fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job requisitions and achieve hiring objectives.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the skill to prioritize and handle competing demands.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing responsiveness and teamwork.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
• Capacity to work effectively within structured processes while adapting to evolving priorities.
