This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of recruitment strategies that are in line with the company's mission, objectives, and culture.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners to cultivate and sustain a strong network of exceptional candidates, accessing diverse talent pools and ensuring an active pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth, candidate-centric experience while balancing efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with hiring managers and external recruitment consultants to comprehend role requirements, provide strategic insights, and deliver outstanding talent for key positions.
• Advocate for Ledgebrook’s employer brand by ensuring candidates grasp our distinct mission and the opportunity to contribute to the future of insurance.
• Leverage analytics and data to evaluate, report, and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, consistently optimizing for improved outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to refine recruitment processes, enhancing efficiency and overall candidate experience.
• Contribute to the creation of a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing inclusive hiring practices and engaging with varied talent pools.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including hiring for senior roles across various geographic regions, ideally in a fast-paced or technology-focused industry.
• Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing methods, and recruitment technologies.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven capability to manage multiple searches concurrently while maintaining a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to tackle complex hiring challenges using innovative solutions.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment, adept at navigating shifting recruitment needs as the business expands.
• Familiarity with the insurance or InsurTech industry is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, AI tools, and data-driven hiring methodologies.
• Experience in promoting and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
