• Uphold confidentiality and comply with regional hiring regulations and best practices.
• Persistently seek ways to enhance workflows, systems, and overall hiring efficiency.
• Handle a significant number of roles with exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 3 years of global, full-cycle recruitment experience, demonstrating a successful history of hiring top-tier talent.
• Strong proficiency in direct sourcing and developing talent pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions at various levels.
• Proven capability to leverage data and metrics to enhance hiring performance.
• Background in supporting and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
• Practical experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
• Experience in recruiting for GTM positions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations).
• Familiarity with working in a remote or distributed environment, preferably within the SaaS sector.
