This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and overseeing candidates for certified coding positions.

• Collaborate closely with Coding Leadership to create talent pipelines.

• Perform candidate screenings to evaluate coding expertise, credentials, and suitability for the organization.

• Arrange interviews with Coding Managers and Leadership teams.

• Oversee candidate activities within Workday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Experience in healthcare recruiting specifically for Coding is required.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in recruiting for coding roles.

• Familiarity with ATS systems, such as Workday.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.

• Must possess an inquisitive nature and demonstrate a willingness to embrace innovation, including AI technologies.
