This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements for licensed clinical positions and confirm the number of openings within designated divisions, states, and/or groups.
• Advise and mentor hiring managers throughout the selection process; present an overview of pre-screen results to hiring managers and suggest candidates for interviews.
• Actively source candidates to attract talent in alignment with current and future business needs, utilizing a variety of recruiting resources such as employee referrals, professional organizations, educational institutions, cold calling, and networking to identify and recruit top talent while ensuring a diverse applicant pool.
• Exercise independent judgment to determine suitable advertising and sourcing strategies, employing a broad spectrum of media (e.g., newspapers, magazines, local radio, internet job sites, licensure lists, conferences, job fairs, etc.).
• Assess and screen candidates based on their skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements, as well as alignment with core values and cultural fit.
• Represent and advocate for the DaVita Brand, emphasizing core values and key aspects of the role.
• Conduct and document post-interview feedback sessions with hiring managers and candidates.
• Utilize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to oversee candidate flow, ensuring compliance with established hiring processes, reporting requirements, and maintaining integrity in all recruiting activities.
• Achieve recruiting timelines and targets, including metrics, as defined by department management.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of recruiting or sales experience (internal or external) is required; a minimum of 3 years of healthcare-related experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume recruiting department managing significant traffic and multiple position/discipline openings is preferred.
• Experience in a staffing agency is preferred.
• Previous experience with Workday (applicant tracking system) is strongly preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
