This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Perform global market research as needed, analyze findings, and present them in Talent Acquisition reports.
• Gather information regarding hiring requirements from stakeholders, document the details, and propose methods for establishing a robust interview process based on these requirements. Plan search strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the entire hiring process, offering guidance and educational support.
• Engage in passive candidate sourcing by managing job postings, promoting the company's roles across various channels, and processing referrals.
• Conduct active candidate sourcing by identifying suitable candidates and reaching out through professional networks, direct contact information, and professional groups.
• Develop feedback criteria lists for various stages of the hiring process (e.g., pre-screen, Cultural Fit, Technical interview).
• Conduct candidate pre-screens to assess initial fit.
• Provide continual guidance, updates, and feedback to each candidate and applicant participating in the hiring process (within one week).
• Coordinate interviews for candidates and members of the hiring team.
• Interview candidates, evaluate their skills, and identify the competencies required for specific positions or teams.
• Manage the ATS Lever, ensuring timely logging of all activities so that every hiring team member remains updated.
• Facilitate the preparation for candidate onboarding.
• Own the recruiting process, continually enhancing it to align with the current needs of the team.
• Analyze personal productivity using recruiting metrics and OKRs, and compile reports based on these insights.
• Train hiring managers and interviewers on best practices and approaches for interviewing, establishing a solid cross-departmental interviewing foundation, and maintaining its scalability.
• Contribute to the development of the company's external brand, acting as the company's ambassador across various professional platforms and channels.
• Organize reference checks for candidates.
• Work effectively with the talent pool and previously snoozed candidates.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Current knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment cycle, with experience in maintaining and scaling it.
• Ability to partner with business and technology professionals to develop the most effective interview process and candidate experience.
• Familiarity with the IT sector specifics: comprehension of various business models, professional roles and titles, programming languages, technologies, frameworks, libraries, etc., along with an understanding of the basic software development lifecycle.
• Industry knowledge is a significant advantage, particularly regarding the cryptocurrency market, market trends, risks, and key players.
• Proficiency in interviewing techniques, including behavioral models, open-ended questions, and competency-based assessments, with the ability to evaluate competencies effectively.
• Understanding of common recruiting metrics and practical experience applying them.
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills—respectful yet clear and direct, with the ability to manage escalations and address negative feedback.
• Ability to switch between tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage various information sources.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to research information and employ critical thinking.
• Knowledge of international onboarding laws is an advantage.
• Fluent in Russian.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (B2+ level).
